Return Process

Step 3: Package Your Item

Once your return is approved:

Carefully package the item in its original packaging

Include inside the package:

RMA number

Brief note explaining the return reason

Seal the package securely to prevent damage during shipping

Step 4: Ship the Item

Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to:

Store Credit

Instead of a refund, you may choose store credit for future purchases:

Store credit is issued as a unique code

Valid for 12 months from issuance

No expiration within 12 months

Can be used for any Product on our Site

Store credit may be faster than a refund and avoids bank processing delays.

Opening Damaged Package

If your package arrives visibly damaged:
